Loved the charming Victorian structure and the super comfy bed! I felt at home with my lovely experience.

Charming design elements create a unique atmosphere.
The overall cleanliness was disappointing. I noticed dust on the bedside table and dirty rugs, which really detracted from my stay. communication was poor as I never saw the hosts, and check-in was confusing, handled by someone from the adjacent property. Lastly, the breakfast options were severely lacking. it felt more like a grab-and-go situation with few choices available.

Charming Victorian guest house with a clean room and delightful chats with the staff. The location was convenient for exploring Oban, despite the road noise. 🏡😊

the beds were cheap, and the breakfast was just a sad selection of wrapped pastries, no fresh fruit at all! really expected a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but zero. almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t let it slide, honestly.

Basic but comfy for a night
Had a quick stay and it did the job. The bed was comfy enough to crash after a long day. Breakfast was a simple spread with cereal and toast, good for a quick start to the day. the room was a bit noisy from the street and could use some updates.

Had a great time with friends exploring the local scenery and checking out the nearby beaches. The place is super close to the ferry terminal, making travel easy. Although breakfast is basic, it’s a good start to the day. Just keep in mind, it’s a no-frills option, so manage expectations.
The room I stayed in was quite noisy due to street traffic, making it hard to sleep. A better mattress is needed, as I felt the springs too much.

Just a fitting option for a weekend adventure in Oban with excellent value for money. Breakfast setup was simple, but it had everything needed to start the day—cereal, toast, tea, and coffee. Pack earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from traffic outside.

pleasant stay with charming touches
The check-in experience was seamless, and the warmth of Dorothy made a good first impression. The bed was incredibly comfortable, topped with delightful pillows, allowing for an excellent night's sleep. I appreciated the lovely charm of the breakfast room, where the continental breakfast provided a perfect start to my day while enjoying the delightful city views.
The building's age shows its character but could benefit from some updates.
